It’s easy!

Paste your gift card code into the “Gift card or discount code” field
The amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
3. Does the eGift Card expire?
Nope!
Plotly Garden eGift Cards never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready.
4. What happens if I don’t spend the full value?
No problem.
Any remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for your next purchase.
Example: If your card is $50 and you spend $35, you’ll still have $15 to use later.
5. Can I use a gift card and a discount code at the same time?
Currently, Shopify only allows one code per order.
So you’ll need to choose between using your gift card or a discount code.
6. Can I get a refund for an eGift Card?
Unfortunately, eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned after purchase.
