Our Story
The seeds of Plotly Garden were first planted in the quiet corners of our backyard, where life slowed down, and love took root beneath the soil. “The backyard” wasn’t just a patch of earth—it became our sanctuary, a place where seasons changed gently, ideas blossomed, and a deeper purpose began to unfold.
How It All Began
We’re Tom and Amelia—a couple of dreamers, thinkers, and planters. With Tom’s background in environmental engineering and Amelia’s heart for healing through therapy, we found in the garden not just growth—but restoration. After years of chasing modern busyness, we found stillness in the rhythm of nature, in the quiet miracle of seed to sprout.
Our evenings became rituals of watering, pruning, listening—to the rustling leaves, the birdsong, and each other. Slowly, our backyard became more than a garden. It became a way of life.
What We Found Along the Way
Our journey took us across small towns and southern gardens where tradition, food, and nature intertwine. We saw how deeply gardening was tied not just to nourishment, but to identity and memory. It reminded us of who we are—and who we hope to become.
Plotly Garden grew from these shared moments—those tiny, almost invisible decisions to live with more intention, more care, more connection.

Our shirts are made with sustainably grown US cotton. Our on-demand production eliminates waste from unsold inventory, and we use water-based, non-toxic inks with waterless printing technology. We plant one mangrove tree for every shirt purchased.
How are your shirts ethically produced?
Our shirts are made in WRAP-certified facilities that adhere to Fair Labor Association standards, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child or forced labor throughout the supply chain.
What printing method do you use?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based, non-toxic, OEKO-TEX certified inks that are biodegradable and vegan-friendly.
