Returns & Refund Policy

Plotly Garden stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase.

Because our shirts are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference. Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order. Sizing may vary slightly depending on the style and manufacturer.

IMPORTANT:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we strongly recommend double-checking sizing before purchase. Returns for sizing issues may not be eligible for full refunds.

What items can I return or exchange?

Products can only be returned or refunded if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The return must be approved by our customer support team before sending anything back

Returns sent without prior authorization from support@plotlygarden.com will not be accepted or refunded.

Sizing Responsibility

Please make sure to consult the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

If you choose a size without checking the size chart and later find that the item is too large or too small, this is considered a sizing preference and is not eligible for a free return or full refund.

For sizing-related concerns, we may offer a courtesy solution such as a partial refund, store credit, or a discount toward a replacement order. Return shipping costs, if a return is approved, are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not related to defects or errors on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any address printed on the original package is not an approved return address. Please do not send items back to the sender address on the package.

Return packages must be authorized by email at support@plotlygarden.com. Any return request not approved by customer service will not be honored.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please email us at support@plotlygarden.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem

We will do our best to replace the item. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Plotly Garden is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Orders will not be re-sent or refunded if tracking shows the package was successfully delivered.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to reschedule delivery will not have shipping charges refunded.

Cancellations or Order Updates

If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We can only cancel or update an order if it has not yet entered production or been shipped.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once issued, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
