💬 May I get tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-7 days). Email: support@slotlygarden.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

Slotly Garden stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
What items can I return or exchange?
All purchases (including regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after receiving the last package of your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the original tags. Additionally, all items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.
Slotly Garden is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Orders will not be re-sent or refunded.
Please note that orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or if customers do not reschedule delivery within 30 days of the initial attempt, shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address being entered for the order.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customers. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please note: "Flash Sale/Final Sale" items cannot be exchanged or refunded except for quality issues.
How do I return items that I have purchased?
Please send us pictures of the problem/defect along with your order number to the email address used for placing the order. (Emails should be sent to support@slotlygarden.com)
Pack your return item(s) securely in the original package if possible, and make sure to securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Slotly Garden hangtags, attached.
Products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided; otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.
Return packages should be authorized by email at support@slotlygarden.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.
When choosing your clothing size, please make sure to consult the size chart provided by us. If you choose a size without consulting our size chart and discover that the clothing does not fit properly because it is either too large or too small, we only offer exchanges and do not accept returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Can I change my order?
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Most refunds are fully processed and refunded within 7 days after we receive your return.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, what should you do?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we would like to make it right. Please email us at support@slotlygarden.com within 7 days of receipt to inform us of the issue; do not submit a return request online.
We will do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If we are unable to send a replacement, you will receive a refund of the purchase price plus shipping charges.
Can I cancel or update my order?
To make any changes, including cancellations or address updates, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please submit a help ticket through the "Contact Us" section if you decide to cancel the order.
We accept cancellations only if the product has not yet been shipped or produced. If canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
💬 How long does shipping take?
Production and Standard Delivery times
Slotly Garden items are made-to-order, which means they are produced AFTER an order is placed. This is for personalization purposes and to give our customer a wide range of designs to choose from.
Please note that Delivery Time = Process time + Shipping Time.
We have our fulfillment centers located both in the US and overseas to keep the best pricing for customers. Therefore, processing and shipping time vary among product types. Please refer to the Shipping Section in the product page, or the following table for more details:

What makes your shirts eco-friendly?
Our shirts are made with sustainably grown US cotton. Our on-demand production eliminates waste from unsold inventory, and we use water-based, non-toxic inks with waterless printing technology. We plant one mangrove tree for every shirt purchased.
How are your shirts ethically produced?
Our shirts are made in WRAP-certified facilities that adhere to Fair Labor Association standards, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child or forced labor throughout the supply chain.
What printing method do you use?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based, non-toxic, OEKO-TEX certified inks that are biodegradable and vegan-friendly.

How does your tree planting work?
Through our partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects, we plant one mangrove tree in Kenya for every shirt purchased. Our "One Shirt. One Tree. One Hundred Years of Impact" initiative extends our garden's impact far beyond our backyards and out lifetime.
Why mangrove trees specifically?
Mangroves are environmental powerhouses that sequester up to four times more carbon than rainforest trees. They also provide critical wildlife habitat, prevent coastal erosion, and support local communities through sustainable employment.
How does this reflect your overall mission?
At Plotly Garden, our values extend from our on-demand production (eliminating waste from overproduction) to our ethical supply chain (using sustainably grown US cotton and eco-friendly water-based inks).
